Women's Metabolic Health

What it is
Metabolic care attuned to the ways women's physiology changes across the lifespan — including the metabolic shifts of perimenopause and menopause, PCOS, and changes in body composition and muscle.
Who benefits
Women noticing weight, energy, or body-composition changes — particularly around perimenopause and menopause — and those with PCOS or insulin resistance who want a metabolic, individualized approach.
Why it matters
Hormonal transitions meaningfully change metabolism, fat distribution, and muscle. Care that ignores this misses the cause; care that measures it can address the real drivers of how women feel.
Measure first. Treat the cause.
We measure body composition, metabolic rate, and fitness in the context of where a woman is in her life and hormonal stage — then build a plan that fits her physiology rather than a generic template.
One interconnected picture
Understand what is limiting you.
