Privacy & communications

How NorthStar handles online scheduling and website communications.

Online scheduling

Online appointment scheduling is provided through Tebra, a third-party service. When you choose “Schedule an Appointment,” you leave this website and a Tebra page opens in a new tab. Information you enter there is collected through Tebra, not through this website, and Tebra's own terms and privacy notices apply to that page. This website does not receive or store what you enter on the Tebra page.

Telehealth appointments are anticipated to begin in late November 2026 for select patients. Please contact our office for additional information regarding eligibility and availability.

Information this website collects

This website has no forms or accounts and does not collect personal or medical information. It does not use advertising or analytics trackers. If you choose to email our office at info@northstar-mpc.com, we use your message only to respond to you. Please do not send symptoms, diagnoses, medication lists, insurance details, or other medical information by email.

Email and text communications

Ordinary email and text messages may not be secure. Do not send urgent or sensitive medical information by email or text. Visiting this website or emailing our office does not establish a physician-patient relationship and is not a request for medical advice.

Medical emergencies

This website is not monitored for emergencies, and telehealth appointments are not for emergencies. Call 911 or seek emergency care for urgent medical concerns.
